Job Description Coordinator, Member Services & Operations Campus Recreation cultivates life-long health and active lifestyle experiences. The Coordinator, Member Services and Operations oversees the following student employee positions: control desk, equipment desk, and member services desk. This role is responsible for the daily in person transactions of membership and services sales, internal program area payment transactions, and program registrations for fitness, instructional, and outdoor adventure. It is the primary, in conjunction with Associate Director Facilities and Operations and the Assistant Director of Member Services and Operations, in managing all membership waivers for eligible members. This position also acts as a Manager on Duty for overall daily facility operations. Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: salary commensurate with relevant experience. Requirements Bachelor in Recreation Management or related field, Masters Preferred or equivalent work experience. American Red Cross Professional Rescuer CPR/AED/First Aid certified. American Red Cross Professional Rescuer CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor certified or obtain within first three months of employment. Certified Pool Operators Certification or obtain within first three months of employment. Requires 1-3 years of experience in recreation facility, university setting preferred. Must have experience using Innosoft Fusion at the administrator level. Must have excellent people management and interpersonal skills as well as demonstrated organizational skills. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to exercise good judgment. Must have experience in public speaking, running and speaking at informational sessions, trainings, and other events. Responsible for working set shifts: Sunday- Thursday, which will include 2-3 evening shifts per week. This position will be expected to perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with all NCAA, ACC and Institutional rules. General understanding of Campus Recreation Programming and Facility Operations. Knowledge of technology/recreation software, including Innosoft Fusion.
