A is needed for a biomedical/biotechnology engineering firm and multinational manufacturer of medical devices in the Arden Hills, MN area. This role involves ensuring quality compliance by investigating product complaints, performing electrical testing and data analysis, maintaining lab equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical testing and analyze data on returned products.
- Receive, verify, and perform initial root-cause investigation testing on product complaints.
- Enter complaint information into the GCMS Trackwise database.
- Ensure traceability for all received and analyzed products.
- Collaborate with other departments (R&D, Manufacturing) to gather additional investigation data.
- Follow up with the Complaint Management Center (CMC) for product returns or additional details as needed.
- Submit completed complaints for approval after ensuring all analysis and investigation steps are thorough.
- Maintain calibration for lab equipment.
- Assist in maintaining and updating return product testing procedures.
Education and Experience:
- AA Degree in Technology, Robotics, Electrical Technology, or similar, or equivalent work experience.
- Without a degree minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of related experience with a degree.
