A Process Improvement Engineer is needed for a leading industrial manufacturing organization in the Atlanta metro area (Loganville) The Process Improvement Engineer will drive efficiency and enhance organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing business processes, implementing solutions using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve measurable performance improvements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering innovation and facilitating change across departments.

A Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required, along with demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Candidates should have analytical and project management skills, proven leadership abilities, and experience communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements

  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor process improvement projects

  • Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, streamline operations, and drive continuous improvement

  • Manage change initiatives, including communication strategies and employee training programs

  • Collect and interpret data to identify trends, measure project impact, and present findings to leadership

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize improvement opportunities and gain organizational buy-in
