Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Planning Manager (Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Building Projects) to join our team! In this role, you will get to lead planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for advanced manufacturing and technology building projects, ensuring all milestones are met effectively.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop detailed project schedules and identify critical paths.

  • Collaborate with project teams to align schedules with design, procurement, and construction activities.

  • Monitor project progress and implement strategies to mitigate delays.

  • Provide detailed planning reports and updates to stakeholders.

  • Utilize advanced planning tools such as Primavera P6 to optimize project outcomes.

  • Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet project timelines and objectives.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling.

  • Expertise in using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Experience in managing large-scale projects in advanced manufacturing and technology sectors.

  • Knowledge of risk management strategies and mitigation techniques.

  • Familiarity with advanced project management methodologies.
