Our preference is to recruit one candidate at the Associate or Full Professor rank whose research interests are in Organizational Behavior and/or Human Resources Management. Those who are in related areas will also be considered. The position is housed in the Organizations, Strategy, and International Management ( OSIM ) area. The appointment commences for the fall 2025 semester. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience: A PhD or equivalent in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline is required prior to employment and an established track record of publishing in top-tier management journals. Candidates are expected to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, engaging, and dynamic environment comprised of individuals with a range of backgrounds, skills, and perspectives. We are seeking candidates able to produce research and scholarly or creative achievements that enhance the program and the discipline, and able to deliver high quality teaching using evidence-based practices to effectively engage students from a range of backgrounds and experiences. The OSIM Area The OSIM area covers the following domains: entrepreneurship and innovation, international management, organizational behavior and human resource management, organization theory, and strategic management. Our faculty have repeatedly published in leading management and entrepreneurship and innovation journals, including Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, Organization Science, and Strategic Management Journal . The OSIM area has an active PhD program and offers a variety of courses for the undergraduate and master's programs that reflect the challenges of managing in a dynamic, global environment.
