Job Summary: Xavier University of Louisiana is seeking candidates for the opened position of Assistant Director of Graduate Programs. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our Graduate Admissions team. In this role, you will lead efforts to attract high-quality graduate students to Xavier University of Louisiana, with a specific focus on programs in Education and Health. AA/ EOE Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Minimum of 3 years of experience in graduate admissions, recruitment, or related field. Knowledge of graduate programs in Education and Health fields. Preferred Qualifications: Qualifications: Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in graduate admissions, recruitment, or related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment goals. Experience with admissions management systems and data analysis tools preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
