Job Summary: The School of Architecture in the College of Architecture Planning and Public Affairs, the University of Texas at Arlington, invites applications for a Non-Tenured Lecturer position. Essential Duties: The School of Architecture seeks applicants for a full time non-tenured Lecturer position to begin in August 2025. Candidates will be expected to teach in the undergraduate curriculum, involving courses across a number of modalities such as design studio, history and/or theory, technical and potentially electives in areas of their specialization. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and student mentorship. Candidates will be responsible for contributing to the growing programs in the School of Architecture through innovative teaching, professional collaboration, and expanding opportunities for students. Required Qualifications: An accredited and terminal degree in architecture. Prior teaching experience. Demonstrated experience to teach in various levels curriculum in the School of Architecture. Demonstrated ability to provide service contribution to the university, college, school, and professional community.
