Warranty Coordinator - Military Veterans

STS Technical Services is hiring Warranty Coordinators to work with our Fortune 500 Client of ours in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

This role would be customer facing, requiring an understanding of the Warranty Claims process.

Job Description:

• Open and manage Warranty Claims, from receipt of claim request until repair, with the use of a warranty repair database.
  
  
• Review warranty claim submissions and accept or reject based on coverages.
  
  
• Schedule Service Technicians to perform warranty repairs and provide them with support and direction.
  
  
• Order and track the requested parts for warranty repairs.
  
  
• Close claims within a goal of 21 calendar days.
  
  
• Assist and update leadership, and customers throughout the entire claim process.
  
  
• Manage anywhere from 50-200 claims at once, which includes part orders, and maintain good organization and solid updates.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in a related field.
  
  
• 5-plus years of related work experience.
  
  
• Ability to think strategically and strive in a role that is unpredictable and changing all the time.
  
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
  
• Strong ability to multi-task and influence others.
  
  
• Ability to effectively prioritize work.
  
  
• Microsoft Excel Proficient.
  
  

Standout Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  
  
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems.
  
  
• Exceptional computer skills using JDE, One Warranty and Microsoft Office Systems.
  
  
• Held a previous role in Warranty, Project Management, Call Centers or Order Management.
  
  

Shifts:

• 1st Shift* Monday – Thursday 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM
  
  
• Listed is the current REGULAR schedule.  Times are subject to change and for periods of time OT will be mandated on Fridays and Saturdays.
