Financial Analyst - Military Veterans

Amentum is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to provide financial budget analysis support to the government customer.
Program Financial Analyst Responsibilities Include:
- Provide financial support to include developing, tracking and reporting of program/project monthly financial metrics and status (funding and expenditures, including travel expenditures), and making determination of an estimated date that current funding for all tasking performed will be fully expended.
- Provide inputs to and prepare briefings of budgets and financial status for team leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of work-related experience demonstrating a technical understanding and ability to prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports; OR, three (3) years of specialized experience in: financial planning, budgeting and execution of project funds for allocation purposes
- Coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects.
- Demonstrating both a comprehensive knowledge of software applications and best business practices along with a high degree of skill in applying software functions necessary to prepare complex and detailed documents utilizing the Microsoft (MS) Office suite of products.
- Experience in processing complex and lengthy technical reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns, participating in Technical Progress and Design Reviews and program technical meetings, and providing status and inputs to technical reports, white papers and meetings.
- Must have an active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Integrated management schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting
- Experience in Navy ERP and IBPES highly desired
