VP, Data & Digital Business Unit Marketing - Military Veterans

We are looking for an experienced Vice President of BU Marketing to lead and execute the strategic marketing vision for the D&D business unit. In this role, you will shape and drive market strategy, positioning D&D's offerings as leaders in the industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, and Sales, to elevate our market presence, enhance customer engagement, and achieve business growth goals. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer with dual reporting to the business unit leadership, this role demands a combination of visionary leadership, strategic acumen, and hands-on execution to support the D&D unit's continued growth and innovation. The ideal candidate is a marketing leader with experience in fast-paced, product-focused markets and a proven track record in customer-centric strategies that deliver measurable business impact.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with D&D's goals and drive market growth. Define clear, actionable plans to position D&D's value propositions effectively in a competitive landscape.
  • Value Proposition & Messaging: Lead the development of compelling value propositions and brand messaging that differentiate D&D's offerings. Own the messaging and content strategy across all campaigns and customer touchpoints.
  • Integrated Campaign Leadership: Design and oversee integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, market penetration, and customer engagement. Ensure campaigns are aligned with D&D's identity and resonate across diverse customer segments.
  • Customer Engagement & Loyalty: Build and execute initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and foster brand loyalty. Develop thought leadership platforms and advocacy programs that engage and inspire our customer base.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, and Product Management teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and customer needs, ensuring a cohesive strategy across the business.
  • Market Insights & Analytics: Understand market research and competitive analysis for the business to inform marketing strategies. Establish KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to measure impact, optimize efforts, and continuously enhance marketing performance.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability that empowers the team to achieve ambitious objectives.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $328,600.00.
