"B"-3pm-11pm
"C"-11PM-7AM

Location: Downtown San Antonio

SENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. • Monitor all areas of the facility to ensure compliance with facility rules, policies, procedures, and protocols. • Respond to Client’s requests, complaints, and inquiries. • Address procedural violations with Clients to ensure a clear understanding of expectations and to assist Client with achieving compliance. • Enter case notes, bed/room assignments, and other necessary information into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). • Conduct orientation, assign beds and lockers, issue linens/personal supplies and other items to new Clients entering for services into Campus, Courtyard or Hotel. • Conduct regular inspections documenting opportunities for improvement and celebrating Member’s successes. • Identify and respond to any Client who is experiencing a problem or crisis to ensure that they are safe and that other service providers are aware of the situation and able to respond with appropriate services. • Carries hand radio and/or cell phone and responds immediately to all calls and takes appropriate action • Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
