What You’ll Do:
As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you’ll be the voice of our company, connecting with potential and existing customers to:
Promote our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Build rapport and trust with every interaction.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for success.

What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in an outbound call center or sales environment.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and handle objections effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
