What You’ll Do:
As our Property Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they run smoothly and profitably. Your responsibilities will include:

Tenant Relations:
Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations with professionalism and attention to detail.

Property Maintenance:
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections to keep properties in top-notch condition.
Work closely with vendors and contractors, ensuring quality work and adherence to budgets.

Financial Management:
Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring profitability.
Oversee rent collection, late notices, and financial reporting.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure properties comply with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records and reports for all properties.

Team Collaboration:
Work with leasing agents, maintenance staff, and other team members to provide exceptional service to tenants and property owners.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in property management (2+ years preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills—you’re the person who keeps everything running like clockwork.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to handle tough situations with grace.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
