Join our dynamic company as an E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associate! In this role, you’ll process web orders, troubleshoot e-commerce systems, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll also handle shipping tasks, resolve account queries, and support system improvements—all while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Qualifications:

1+ years of e-commerce customer service and order fulfillment experience.
Familiarity with drop shipping for platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair.
Expertise with UPS, FedEx, and Seller Cloud (a plus).
Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and other MS Office tools.
Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
