The "IWOW" Division of Rollins, Inc. is now searching for our next Recruiter--this is a dynamic opportunity to showcase your skills in attracting top talent for our quickly expanding pest management companies!
As our Division Recruiter based in Louisville, Kentucky you will be responsible for building a pipeline and recruiting talented individuals at all levels to join our growing team in locations across the United States. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and Brand Management in each of the Division’s multiple brands to develop a full understanding of their business and staffing needs. Success in the role is measured by your ability to implement strong recruiting strategies and develop relationships in your markets as well as with the business partners you serve.
Typical schedule: Onsite in our Louisville, Kentucky OPC Office Monday – Friday 8:00AM until 5:00PM. May have temporary slight adjustments due to geographical recruitment due to span of time zone differences and recruitment events.
Responsibilities
The Successful Candidate Will...
- Source, recruit and select location level and management candidates for the entire Division
- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop strategic sourcing strategies for each opportunity
- Consistently build candidate pipelines for key positions that support the strategic business objectives of the locations
- Screen resumes/applications of candidates to determine a short list of qualified applicants
- Phone screen, select and present the best candidates to the Hiring Managers
- Conduct reference checks, schedule pre-employment screens and follow-up on results when needed
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through consistent follow-up communication and timely feedback
- Analyze the effectiveness of your recruiting processes by creating reports to review recruiting metrics
- Connect and potentially travel to brand locations to evaluate and implement staffing strategies
- Maintain and train Managers on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and “WHO” interview process
- Serve as a SME for the division on recruiting questions, system support, job board vendor optimization, candidate pipelining, etc.
- With the support of the corporate Talent Acquisition team and regional/division resources, lead the planning and execution of TA programs including social media initiatives, job fairs, open house events, internship programs, campus recruiting, etc. all focused on exceeding the hiring goals and improving awareness for the brands of the Division

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass criminal history and motor vehicle background checks as well as pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to travel to different brand locations including possible overnights up to 25%
- 3-5 years’ experience with:
- ATS system, job boards, databases, and social media to market career opportunities
- Multi-site recruiting support and high volume-recruiting
- Working in the field independently
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing talent
- Generally accepted recruiting practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, marketing, communication or related field
- Prior talent acquisition experience with iCIMS
- Prior HRIS experience with UKG

- May be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk and hear.
- Must be physically able to operate a variety of machines and equipment including office equipment, computer, telephone, printer, etc.
- Physical demands are primarily those of sedentary work in an office setting, with periodic instances of standing for lengths of time for recruiting events
- Tasks may require extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation.
- May have to lift up to 40 pounds on an infrequent basis
