You will be the Program Cost Control Analyst for our Rotary Wing Sensors (RWS) Programs team, responsible for ensuring the financial health and success of our programs. What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Cost Control Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of our RWS programs, from budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing budget baselines, estimates-to-complete, and forecasts based on technical, schedule, and cost data
• Tracking financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities, and identifying future funding requirements
• Completing quarterly Contract Status Reports (CSR) by developing time-phased models to forecast Sales, Profit, and Cash
• Collaborating with contracts, billings, accounting, and other functions to ensure timely contract closeout
• Interacting with program and financial management personnel to ensure conformance with company and program processes and procedures
• Preparing and presenting financial status reports to leadership as required

Basic Qualifications:
-- Bachelors degree in finance or related discipline
-- Ability to obtain a security clearance
-- Knowledge of Cost Management/Contract execution
-- Strong financial analytical skills
-- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
-- Excellent Interpersonal skills
-- Works effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team
-- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, problem solver
Desired Skills:
-- Working knowledge of SAP and EFS
-- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint
-- Advocate for change and continuous improvement (1LMX)
-- Ability to Multi-task and take on challenging assignments
-- Proficiency in creation and use of complex database, spreadsheet and presentation applications
-- Possess the ability to work effectively under deadline pressure.
-- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
