Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector (NGDS) is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst – Knowledge Management Specialist to join our growing team of diverse professionals supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Fort Leavenworth in Kansas.
This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval.
Responsibilities:
* Performs the function of Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist for all program sites
* Regularly works with the Installation Network Enterprise Center (NEC) and Government sensitive data, and may be asked to represent the Government at meetings and conferences
* Manages content on the Mission Training Complex (MTC) SharePoint portal, as well as interface with MTC Government KM Leads, staff, and MTC directors
* Assists the Task Order Manager and Site Leads with the development of new knowledge management processes, supports diagnosis of current issues, and will redesign, reconstruct, and monitor processes to ensure effectiveness
* Responsible for maintaining and updating the MTC Management Information System (MIS) SharePoint site
* Maintains Customer Partner Access (CPA) for the MIS program
* Grants access to the MIS as needed for new users
* Assists users with gaining access and other issues they may have with MIS
* Ensures all valid external partners are extended every 6 months
* Drafts, consolidates, finalizes, and submits the Northrop Grumman Monthly Report
* Posts Monthly Report data on MIS and shared drive
* Posts historical Monthly Report data archives on MIS and shared drive
* Compiles and posts contract, fiscal, and calendar year roll up data on MIS and shared drive
* Compiles and posts monthly Hub and Spoke report data for the Contract Management Review (CMR) annual roll up
* Compiles and tracks monthly labor hours report to sector leadership for MCTSP program personnel
* Drafts and finalizes the monthly MTC Scheduled Training Report for presentation at the monthly Training Resource Integration Conference (TRIC)
* Compiles MTC Weekly Report data from program sites and sends to Program Manager
* Drafts, consolidates, finalizes, and submits monthly No-Show Report to DPTMS
* Maintain PDS checks roster and distribute to all personnel
* Gathers, consolidates, and inputs data into the Training Support-Material Army-wide Tracking System (TS-MATS) on a monthly basis
* Ensures all data for each quarter is entered into the TS-MATS NLT the fifth working day of the quarter
* Creates quarterly reports for the ARNG MCTSP MTC Director
* On order, sends quarterly report to IMCOM point of contact
Basic Requirements:
* One of the following:
* High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience working in a Microsoft SharePoint (or similar) web-based collaboration environment
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Microsoft SharePoint (or similar) web-based collaboration environment
* Master’s degree in a technical discipline
* Experience designing and implementation of web design, collaboration tools and content management
* Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite and how the various programs are used in the application of operational reports, training reports and calendars
* Must have an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
* Must be able to work on-site at Fort Leavenworth in Kansas
Preferred Requirements:
* Computing Environment (CE) certification
* Minimum of 10 years military experience
* Knowledge of TS-MATS system
*Salary Range: *$70,200 - $105,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
