In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative strategic recruitment efforts to attract top-tier physicians for essential positions across UK HealthCare.

- Facilitates the timely selection of high-quality physician talent utilizing creative and diverse sourcing plans for rapidly growing service lines.
- Has solid sourcing and pipeline-building experience.
- Possesses 5+ years of provider recruitment experience, with AMC experience preferred.
- Serves as a subject matter expert, providing industry data and insights throughout the physician recruitment lifecycle while partnering with leadership teams from initial workforce planning to onboarding and retention.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitates Physician/Provider Recruitment & Retention:
- Participate in and coordinate the physician/provider recruitment interview and selection process.
- Advise appropriate search chairs, department chairs, and other individuals to develop the recruitment and selection process to facilitate the selection of the most appropriate candidate.
- Develop recruitment and retention strategies to achieve required staffing levels.
- Create recruitment strategies, practices, and processes focusing on the candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department on branding, social media, and advertising efforts to support physician/provider recruitment.
- Develop specific recruiting plans and promote vacancies through branding and marketing efforts and materials.
- Manage search firm relationships for assigned areas.
- Work with physician/provider department leadership to develop job descriptions for each position.
- Review benefits and compensation packages with prospective candidates.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to Federal, State, and other Regulatory bodies such as OIG, Stark Laws, HPSA and MUHA qualifications, EEOC, Department of Labor/Immigration, Affirmative Action, etc.
- Provide data and reporting for current state analysis.
- Assist in completing and reporting monthly and as-needed turnover and vacancy reports
- Facilitate change requirements.
- Implement and monitor action plans.
- Perform at a senior level in directing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Physician Recruitment team in support of overall Physician/Provider Recruitment efforts and department goals.
- Assist in the development, administration, and support of Physician/Provider Recruitment-related HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) projects as applicable.
