NEW HEADCOUNT -Mobile Service Parts Coordinator - Military Veterans

The Mobile Service Parts Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a stock of spare parts, quoting prices to mobile technicians, managing backorders, and maintaining vendor relations, including ensuring invoices, shipment slips, and other billing issues are resolved. This role provides routine inventory inspections to ensure the parts department can fulfill mobile technicians delivery requests.Rush Truck Centers opens the door to the world of opportunity. Grow with us as we continue to expand our network of locations and services.Responsibilities:- Coordinate and set up order requests based on mobile technician work orders.- Ensure the department fulfills mobile technicians' delivery requests promptly and efficiently.- Process and order shipments of parts to ensure availability.- Provide precise Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for ordered parts and ensure timely delivery to mobile technicians.- Perform routine inspections to monitor and maintain inventory accuracy.- Maintain an adequate stock of spare parts and provide the mobile service department with accurate price quotes.- Manage backorders and maintain strong vendor relationships, addressing invoices, shipment slips, and billing issues.- Keep organized records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special-order parts.- Verify that all requested parts are accurately billed on the service repair orders.- Handle parts return by issuing credits.- Ensure original invoices or their numbers are available for system updates and restocking.Key Skills:- Ability to keep current on new products and product updates.- Ability to maintain familiarity with accounting and inventory tracking software.- Demonstrates attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, effectively managing time and prioritizing responsibilities.- Excels in verbal and written communication to convey information clearly and professionally.- Proficient in clerical tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and administrative support.- Thrives in team environments, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.Experience Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED is preferred.- Minimum 1 year of experience in dealership over-the-counter sales or related service environment.- Consideration is given to relevant experience and related certification.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/DisabledThis job posting does not state or imply that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
