Job Description This position is located at the Columbus Campus. Counseling and Consultation Service (CCS) provides mental health counseling and consultation to the undergraduate, graduate and professional students of The Ohio State University. The Assistant Director, Embedded, works to manage clinical services provided by embedded operations for CCS; assists in the development and regulation of clinical policy and procedures; provides clinical services including short term individual, group, couples counseling and assessment services; manages agency clinical services in the absence of the other members of the administrative team. Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in Counselor Education, Social Work, Counseling or related field required. Independent license in the State of Ohio in current professional discipline related to academic degree required (Licensed Independent Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor). 5 years of relevant experience required. Desired Qualifications: Doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology. Independent license or license eligible in the State of Ohio in current professional discipline related to academic degree. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred. Three years of professional experience. Administrative experience or possess an administrative skill set for a clinical setting.
