As a Market Sales Manager, you’ll:
- Lead with Impact: Cultivate and grow relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, positioning DVD as the premier choice for large-scale display solutions.

- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with engineering, technical operations, finance, and legal teams to deliver seamless proposals and successful deals.

- Win Business: Identify, prospect, and secure new customers while nurturing existing relationships to close high-impact deals.
- Deliver Excellence: Lead the creation of proposals, specifications, and presentations that showcase DVD’s innovative solutions.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor market developments and maintain an expert understanding of business, product, and industry trends.
- Negotiate Like a Pro: Secure favorable sales agreements aligned with MEPPI’s policies, ensuring mutual success.

- Report & Strategize: Maintain up-to-date sales activity in CRM, provide market intelligence, and work with leadership to refine strategies.
- Set Projects Up for Success: Support seamless transitions from sales to project execution by coordinating documentation and project kick-offs.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related technical field, with 5+ years of direct sales experience in complex technical or commercial markets.
- Expertise: Advanced knowledge of technical and financial terminology, with a solid understanding of technical drawings and commercial agreements.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, paired with sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability: A team player who thrives on managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage technology for insights and efficiency.
