- Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, and permits.
- Coordinate communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Support procurement, subcontractor coordination, and resource tracking.

**Qualifications:**
- 2+ years in a project administrative role within construction (General Contractor experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with construction processes and project management systems.
