- Estimated annual base pay: $164,000(minimum) - $205,000(midpoint) - $246,000(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an Operations Director, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Operations Director is responsible for the overall management and coordination of a $150M value stream. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee multiple departments, optimize processes, and ensure that the organization meets its goals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and their teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the performance of various departments.
- Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve optimal results.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to operations and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
