Posting Description PROGRAM COORDINATOR , Office of Innovation and Strategy (OIS) , will report to the Senior Industry Engagement Officer and the Senior Strategic Engagement Officer and administer various programs to ensure maximum impact of OIS, consistent with the direction of OIS; act as the liaison for administrative matters, including initiative operations and communications; and be responsible for website maintenance, scheduling and oversight of meetings and events, and facilities administration. Job Requirements REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree; a minimum of two years of related experience, including website development and oversight; oversight of technical projects; superior customer service orientation; excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills; ability to foster collaborative working relationships with staff at all levels; self-motivation; discretion with confidential information; demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with key constituents; problem-solving abilities, including the desire and skills necessary to contribute to ongoing program and process improvements; and advanced user-level computer skills, including database experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat; and organized, accurate, detail-oriented team player who is able to prioritize and multitask in a high-volume work environment. PREFERRED : MIT experience. Job #24688-6 Hiring salary range: $57,000 - 80,000, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity.
