NDT Level II FPI Inspector 2nd Shift - Military Veterans

Will support manufacturing and processing blades and vanes on the
Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Line with NDT Level 2 responsibilities for
inspection in the Gibsonton Florida Location.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Will set up and
calibrate equipment, conduct examinations, and interpret results
concerning applicable codes, standards, and specifications. - Familiar with
the scope and limitations of the method and techniques for which
qualified, shall exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training
and guidance of trainees and NDT Level I personnel. - Organizing and
reporting the results of NDT tests. - Performing an
interpretation of FPI indications for acceptance to work
instructions/techniques to meet customer specifications. - Reporting all
required data and mapping the results as required. - Cross-training
and other duties may be assigned as needed.
What You Bring
- Achieve and
maintain internal certifications per SNT-TC-1A and customer requirements
including examination for general method knowledge, specific procedure
understanding and practical performance of the method. - Must become
trained to the PT certification requirements including 12 hours of formal
classroom training and 400 hours of OJT under a certified NDT Level I, II
or III. - Minimum of High
School Diploma or GED is required. - Investment
casting experience and knowledge preferred. - General
knowledge of other NDT disciplines a plus. - Applicants must
be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need
for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. - This position
will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of
Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of
Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite
for this position. The candidate must be able to work with
export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization
opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of
the fleet.
