About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Operations Analyst as part of technology in cybersecurity.
In this role, you will:
- Guide complex technology projects with broad impact for the business
- Act as key participant in the plan development for Technology Operations
- Analyze complex technical operations challenges which require in-depth evaluation
- Conduct research and create reports and presentations on findings
- Lead the development of process and operational improvements
- Be the liaison with the onshore team and ensure communication and reporting of delivery from the offshore team
- Ensure quality and security of the solutions and address remediation's as needed
- Champion continuous improvement, including devising new strategies and new opportunities
- Set performance standards for the team and ensure operations achieve or exceed performance metrics
- Direct the daily Risk and Control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure success; re-engineering and driving continual service improvement
- Make decisions based on the understanding of the requirements that influence projects
- Lead teams to meet deadlines and drive new initiatives
- Review, approve, and implement recommended changes to plans
- Collaborate and consult with employees to resolve initiatives and achieve technology directives
- Act as a mentor for individuals
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years with access management background with solid understanding of access management concepts and lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience with Distributed Systems, Active Directory systems administration
- Experience with privilege access concepts
- Experience in cybersecurity
- Understanding of metrics and reporting and data lineage
- Understanding of risk associated with access or able to define and assess risk based on access levels
- Strong and clear verbal communication - analyst will be working via email, phone calls, doing follow-ups with technical and non-technical individuals.
- Experience in using scripting language such as PowerShell, or Python to automate provisioning tasks
- Ticketing System experience (Service Now, ART, Remedy, or other) as well as experience working in a customer service focused environment
- MS Excel proficiency with is strongly desired (VlookUps, pivot tables)
- Security related certification such as the CISSP
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues
- Fast learner who is adaptable and flexible in the face of changing and challenging demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Expectations:
- Position will be required to be on call and available for escalations. Some weekend and after hour work will be required
- Use of personal cell phone is required
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
