Learning Management Master Scheduler - Military Veterans

Description:We are doing great things in Space! We have an opening for a HR Analyst whose role will be responsible for the planning the master schedule of class offerings for specific Lockheed Martin sites. The successful candidate will partner with colleagues, leaders & instructors, as well as utilizing Learning Management System (LMS) data and scheduling guidelines to plan and determine the core class offerings and subsequent changes to the core published class offerings. This role requires understanding of the LMS, especially key training processes associated with learning plans, publication of class offerings, registration processes, and data quality and analytics/reporting. Agility and ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment while maintaining focus on both positive employee experiences and business outcomes is necessary and will challenge your own growth and development. The Talent & Organizational Capability Learning System and Administration team is a collaborative and supportive team that rises to the daily challenges that support the overall Space Missions as they relate to the Manufacturing and Transportation Skills Certification training.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access. U.S. Citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with a Learning Management System administration.
• 2+ years’ experience using Learning Management System data for reporting, analytics, and metrics
• 1-2 years’ experience planning and delivering training events/classes.
• Experience working with a variety of internal or external customers from managers to employees to ensure a positive customer experience.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with learning technologies and Microsoft office & applications.
• 2+ years’ experience with a Learning Management System as a class/training coordinator.
• Experience and demonstrated understanding of the overall training process.
• Experience with SuccessFactors (LMS)
• Experience with manufacturing certification training administration.
• Ability to thrive working environments that require fast and timely responses to moderately complex challenges.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships; ability to communicate with employees and colleagues effectively and understand the employee/customer perspectives and needs.
• Experience and ability to prioritize work, quickly adapt to changes and multi-task within a high-volume environment.
• Ability extract data from LMS databases to conduct analysis and create dashboards/visualizations.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $58,200 - $111,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
