Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems *is seeking a *Senior Principal Financial Analyst (Level 4) *to join us in the pursuit of top-tier financial performance. This position is located *on site in Rancho Bernardo, CA or Melbourne, FL and offers a partial teleworking schedule (half on site/half remote). *The candidate will report to the Global Surveillance Division manager of financial planning, reporting and analysis and will have the following responsibilities:
*Essential Functions:
* Development of the consolidated Division Long Range Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan
* Management of division financials, including: financial and cost forecasting, reporting and analysis, profitability analysis, and working capital analysis (accounts receivable forecasting, treasury forecasting, unbilled analysis, and aged receivables analysis)
* Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) *compliance and documentation
* Work with the finance and business management teams to develop strategies to improve financial performance based on metrics
* Support the development of presentations for, and occasionally brief to, Division/Sector leadership
* Interface with business, program, and sector personnel
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of Finance, Accounting, and/or Business-related experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of related experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Expertise in financial analysis
* Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance within a reasonable amount of time, as determine by the business
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business-related discipline
* Experience with SAP, IBM Cognos Planning software (or another similar software), database software
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Active DoD Secret Clearance
* CPA License
* Public Accounting experience (each year of "Big 4" or relevant Public Accounting experience counts for 2 years of experience above)
* Knowledge of EVMS/FAR/DFARS
The salary range differs based on the location due to the cost of living in that location.
Melbourne, FL salary range: $98,100-$147,100
Rancho Bernardo, CA Salary range: $113,500-$170,300

*Salary Range: *$98,100 - $147,100
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
