Position Summary
Our team is responsible for responding to operational performance guarantees (PGs) requested in requests for proposals (RFPs). Our primary goal is to effectively manage PG risk while minimizing proposal deviations. We accomplish this by working collaboratively with business owners and leaders across the organization, documenting and consulting on related risk, and sharing information with sales and underwriting.
The main responsibilities of the position involve managing all phases of our PBM proposals process including:
• Responding to RFP questions using a database of internal Subject Matter Expert reviewed content
• Organizing, attending, and leading PG calls with business owners, account teams and leadership
• Customizing and modifying responses to create client-specific content
• Creating timelines and ensuring RFP milestones are met by all involved individuals in a timely manner
• Preparing and reviewing final documents and submitting in accordance with client driven deadlines
• Development, review and revision of departmental policy and process
• Quality assurance review of RFP responses created by other team members
• Serving as an advisor to other team members
• Other departmental projects, as needed

Extended working hours may be required on occasion.
NOTE: Strongly prefer a candidate in Northbrook, IL or Scottsdale, AZ but will consider other locations.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional relevant job experience
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products in a professional environment
4+ years of project management, client management, sales support and/or request for proposal (RFP) management experience
2+ years of healthcare experience
Demonstrated ability to manage projects delivering both on-time and accurate
Preferred Qualifications
Strongly prefer an individual with related pharmacy benefits management or health plan experience. Experience in presentation to executive level leaders is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is required. A degree focusing on Marketing, Communications, Health Care, Business, or other relevant fields is preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
