MRO Trainer - Military Veterans

We're seeking for an "MRO Production Trainer" to work with a company dedicated to aircraft maintenance

This MRO Production Trainer will be responsible to support the organization regarding routine and specialized trainings and also assist with training initiatives across the organization as assigned by leadership

LOCATION: Aguadilla PR
JOB SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, 2 days off
SALARY: $20 - $22 P/H

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Work hand to hand with the local Training team to support with the planning and delivery of induction and onboarding trainings, assessment trainings, and requirements for compliance including training for board authorization, client compliance and FAA regulations.
• Manage OJT training of Production Trainees, Level 1 and Level 2 employees developing educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies when requested
• Monitor the progress of the Enhanced Training Program and trainees during their OJT and perform monthly assessments.
• Actively involved in the introduction, trial, and sustainment of production initiatives.
• Support in developing and documenting production work procedures and processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical university degree in aviation or at least a Level 2 approval holder
• Minimum 5 years MRO experience. Previous proven experience as an instructor of a minimum of 1.5 years or above.
• Ability to coach and motivate employees during OJT
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal skills
