The purpose of this class is to perform standard administrative duties in coordinating the daily operations of assigned College division or function. Bachelor?s degree required, in English, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred. Three (3) years of experience in higher education coordinating programs or services for students required, preferably in a community college setting. Experience helping new students transition into a college setting and academic advising experience preferred. For best consideration, please apply by January 5, 2025. Coordinate a functional process within assigned College department or division. Monitor compliance with department policies and procedures. Maintain department records and files, as required. Serve as point of contact for internal and external organizations. Represent the College and/or department at events, as required. Prepare, analyze and provide reports on miscellaneous subjects, as requested.
