JOB DESCRIPTION

The Transformation Lead role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the Packaging & Device Assembly business units' strategic plan to ensure the realization of transformational initiatives. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that interdependencies across enterprise initiatives are aligned and that risks and opportunities across the integrated plan are well understood. The Transformation Lead will lead key initiatives in support of the PDA BU strategy and act as the strategic plan owner for the integrated Business Unit Strategy Map Execution Plan. As a team leader, the role requires strong strategic planning, decision-making, networking, influencing, execution, and change facilitation skills. The Transformation Lead will direct and oversee a team of individual leaders, facilitate communication and alignment with key stakeholders, and address challenges and opportunities to enhance performance.

Primary Activities

Primary activities include, but are not limited to:

Overall portfolio management coordination/integration across strategic programs impacting the Packaging & Device Assembly Business Unit

  • Navigate across division and enterprise to identify and align interdependent activities/initiatives
  • Advocate for strategic intent to ensure connectivity/continuity across enterprise efforts
  • Identify interdependencies/risks, ensure alignment on critical decision milestones/mitigations across enterprise, divisional, business unit initiatives


Lead key initiatives in support of PDA BU Strategy
  • Lead cross-functionally and across enterprise teams
  • Understand site/divisional/enterprise operations
  • Facilitate strategic discussions across enterprise SMEs and stakeholders
  • Define key assumptions and risk profiles for initiatives


Strategic Plan owner for integrated Business Unit Strategy Map Execution Plan
  • Provide an integrated roadmap that informs divisional/enterprise programs on progress
  • Facilitate annual review and updates
  • Maintain intent, key assumptions, and risk profile
  • Develop an interdependent roadmap guiding strategic execution over a 10-year period


As a team leader, the Transformation Lead is responsible for directing and overseeing a team of individual leaders' daily tasks and operations, providing guidance, assigning tasks, ensuring team productivity and engagement, facilitating communication and alignment with key stakeholders upstream and downstream, as well as supporting the growth and development of individual leaders.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong skills in navigating digital systems, critical thinking and analysis, problem-solving, resilience, clear communication, time management, and conflict resolution.

Experience:
  • BS/MS in Engineering or Science equivalent
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Good Manufacturing (Packaging) Process (GMP) experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in more than one functional area, such as Operations, Quality, Technology at a GMP manufacturing/packaging experience
  • Leading enterprise directives/initiatives accountable for delivering measurable outcomes requiring negotiation and influence outside of direct management
  • Cultivating / facilitating hoshin process, adapting to industry trends and fostering a culture of innovation
  • Managing significant changes that require integration of people, intent and delivery to produce measurable results

  • Critical Thinking / Analysis - ability to interrogate data, summarize and draw conclusions.
  • Hoshin facilitation - achieving strategic objectives, aligning all activities with the overarching strategic goals, and ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability to changing conditions.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:
$149,400.00 - $235,100.00
