SALARY: $79,200-$94,050, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Vault is the destination for retail customers to uncover insights and collaboration on solutions that promote growth in the beer and alcohol category across all channels. By showcasing thought leadership and a collaborative mindset, The Vault, will solidify Anheuser Busch's reputation as the preferred strategic partner in Total Alcohol.
The Vault Tech Production Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of technology and media systems that drive immersive experiences within The Vault. This role ensures seamless execution of events and visits by overseeing technical setup, show programming, and troubleshooting. The Production Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and external vendors to design, implement, and maintain advanced technology solutions while providing technical expertise and training to stakeholders. A critical part of the role is in creating compelling media assets that deliver immersive experiences to retailers, ensuring The Vault remains a state-of-the-art environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technology Management and Execution
- Lead the setup and execution of technology in alignment with the experience roadmap to deliver immersive experiences across The Vault.
- Ensure all necessary technology is prepared, functional, and meets visit requirements.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to identify and fulfill technology and media needs for visits.
- Collaborate with internal networking teams and external vendors to maintain the integrity of The Vault network and equipment.
- Maintain and repair all technology systems, including hardware and software components, across The Vault.
Programming and Media Development
- Design and program show elements, including audio, lighting, and video content.
- Lead the development of various media assets such as videos, backgrounds, photo slideshows, graphic designs, sizzle reels, and photography.
- Collaborate with the content strategy team to ensure media is properly designed, formatted, and loaded.
Troubleshooting and Support
- Troubleshoot all technology issues with a focus on resolving internally or through collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Identify end-users and provide relevant technical training to ensure seamless technology usage.
Documentation and Maintenance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for technology systems, visit execution, and ongoing maintenance processes.
- Ensure technology integrity through proactive system reviews and timely updates or replacements of defective equipment.
Project and Vendor Management
- Advise during project planning phases to ensure technology requirements are incorporated.
- Collaborate with external vendors during the installation and commissioning of new systems.
- Participate in all necessary training to effectively manage and operate installed technology.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 yr bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Audio Visual role for live events and meetings in a corporate setting
- Experience with LED wall construction, operation, and maintenance
- Experience with lighting systems, programming and design
- Understanding of troubleshooting methods for Audio Visual and Networking equipment
- Open to traveling within the US for work purposes
