As a Manager, KOL and Society Engagement on the Stryker IVS team, you will develop and implement strategies to engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and enhance their contribution and collaboration with our organization. This role works closely with various departments to support organization initiatives. You will have the opportunity to interact and build strong relationships with our top customers and societies.
This position is a remote opportunity.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Create and implement comprehensive plans to identify, onboard, and engage KOLs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clinical initiatives.
- Facilitate KOL participation in training, advisory boards, and projects, including contract negotiations and honorarium management, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with professional societies, fostering collaborations that advance organizational goals and enhance brand recognition.
- Identify abstract opportunities, develop compelling content, and manage KOL involvement in key industry events to showcase expertise and drive engagement.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product management) to align KOL and society engagement strategies with broader business objectives.
- Conduct market research, analyze program effectiveness, and refine strategies to improve ROI and achieve operational excellence.
- Manage budgets for KOL programming and society engagements, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain and expand professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies to support organizational growth.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Required:
- Bachelors degree.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred:
- Experience in event planning
- Understanding of HCP interactions, compliance programs, project management and medical procedures / practices/ products
$98,000 - $282,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
