Job Summary:
The Department of Marketing in the Davis College of Business and Economics at Radford University invites applications for a full-time temporary faculty appointment in Marketing beginning January 10, 2025 for the spring semester. The position involves teaching four classes in the spring 2025 semester and most of these would be in-person. The job also includes providing service at the departmental, college, and university levels.
Applicants must be considered a qualified instructor per AACSB accreditation requirements as well as by the standards of the Davis College of Business and Economics.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to add intellectual diversity to the department, engage successfully with diverse students and colleagues, and help students understand diverse perspectives.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a master's degree in marketing, business, or a closely related discipline and with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in marketing or a closely related field. Candidates with a master's degree in a closely allied field will be considered if they possess
- Recent, sustained professional experience that is substantive in terms of level of responsibility and related to the area of teaching; the Department Chair, with the approval of the Dean or his/her designee, will judge if the nature and duration of professional activity is appropriate;
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in Marketing from an AACSB Accredited School. Preference will also be given to candidates with experience and/or interest in teaching analytics or sales, and other marketing classes.
