Program Manager - Neurosurgery - Military Veterans

Position Summary Position supports the Pediatric Neuro-Oncology program at Washington University School of Medicine and the St. Louis Children's Hospital. This is a unique position that is responsible for coordinating multiple components of a clinical program involving multiple departments. Individual acts as a liaison between families/patient and the Pediatric Neuro-Oncology team, which includes neurosurgeons, oncologists, radiologists, mid-level providers, physical therapy and social work, and Hospital and Medical School leaders. Additionally, this position manages team meetings, maintains data in a RedCap database and coordinates social media and marketing efforts for the program. The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who is highly organized, can prioritize initiatives and has excellent communication skills.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate care of all pediatric brain tumor patients.
  • Manage the disease team meeting and tumor board lists.
  • Liaise with SLCH business managers and the international office.
  • Maintain and update the Redcap database.
  • Manage the social media and marketing efforts of the program, and liaise with the marketing team from Siteman Cancer Center.
  • Educational programming and coordination for the Program.

Salary Range $53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
