Job Summary:

• Ensure the regional HES Waste Management Program is achieving federal, state and local compliance requirements

• Ensure the regional/facility based Industrial Stormwater programs are achieving federal, state and local compliance requirements

• Participate in assigned incident management duties

Major Accountabilities:

• Coordinate and oversee environmental field testing, i.e. stack test

• Respond to emergency call-out

• Assist field operations in waste disposal

• Assist field operators in agency inspections and internal audits

• Coordinate and conduct HSE training and help implement HSE-MS

• Implement new HSE regulations

• Ensure field HSE compliance

• Liaison between field/corporate/local agencies

• Support P&T operation in all HSE related issues

• Supervisory responsibilities

• Follow SUNOCO LP employee policy and procedures, especially communication policy and drug testing policy.

• Be a team player and demonstrate respect towards teammates.

• Initial 40-hr Hazwoper training and annual 8-hr refresher training.

Education Requirement:

HS Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirement:

• At least 8+ years of directly related professional experience.

• Proven working relationship with field operation, company peers, and supervisor.

• Proven working relationship with field operation, company peers, and supervisor.

• Experience in oil and gas industry required.

• Must have knowledge of state and federal regulations

• Must have knowledge of RCRA Waste, Wastewater, Storm Water, Air and Safety regulations.

• Strong oral and written communication skills and strong skills using MS Suite products, including Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
