Summary:
The Business Continuity Specialist Sr. reports directly to the Preparedness Manager. They create and maintain a comprehensive, best-in-class Business Recovery program for Huntington Bank.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintains the Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Recovery program.
- Creates and maintains the overall test program for the Business Recovery plans across the enterprise.
- Builds and maintains a Business Continuity program aligned with industry and national standards (i.e. ASIS/BSI BCM.01-2010).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) distinction
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
