THE WORK
The Training and Logistics Solutions (TLS) Market Segment Transformation Project Manager works with all program and functional organizations to identify and systematically transform company processes and coordinate which opportunities could leverage LM support.
The Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for leading the TLS market segment Business Transformation initiatives in partnership with stakeholders from across the entire Enterprise, including the business market segments, functional organizations (E&T, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Quality, etc) and other critical stakeholders such as represented workforce, other Lockheed Martin partners, suppliers, and customers. This role will coordinate the leveraging and sharing best practices across Lockheed Martin. This role will also ensure the market segment generation, tracking, and execution of transformation initiatives. Additionally, this role will partner closely with our communications function.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a small dynamic and cooperative team across TLS, RMS, and Lockheed Martin. The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter, with ability to creatively develop novel solution, and adapt to a dynamic learning environment. This position will also interface across the various Lockheed Martin Business Areas, and Corporate Transformation initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of experience building and leading effective project teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to understand internal and external customer needs
• Capability to view and address the “big picture”
• Collaborative and inclusive mindset
• Strategic vision and planning expertise
Desired Skills:
• Positive experience leading large-scale Digital Transformation efforts
• Having a network with other stakeholders across RMS & Lockheed Martin
• Experience in Lean Process Development, Value Stream Mapping
• The successful candidate for this role should have knowledge of TLS functional organizations and processes.
• Demonstrated experience as a change agent

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
