What You Will Be Doing

Position is for a Proposal Analysis Manager, responsible for managing all proposals and material inputs for the Archbald Business within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. The primary responsibility for the selected candidate will be the lead estimating team overseeing the compilation of cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications. Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments. Researches and analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts. Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings. In addition, the selected candidate will be a leader responsible for supporting the team and working the management aspects of the job, training and mentoring of subordinate personnel. Responsible for material costing and coordination of supplier quotes and material audit support.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Experienced in presenting to senior management
• Experience with independent and technical reviews of work content (ie INARs, ITRs and EPPs)
• Contract negotiating experience with the US Government or commercial entities
• Experience with proposal pricing and material estimating as part of business case analyses that shape bid strategies
• Knowledge of Government proposal requirements and contract types including knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act (TINA)
• Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
