Sr. Project Manager, Fire Alarm, Location: Guam - Military Veterans

As a Sr. Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the installation of Fire Alarm Solutions, as well as managing a team to ensure project schedules, design, execution, testing, closeout and turnover to service are delivered with consistent quality and speed to satisfy contractual requirements.

The project is a new install for Fire Alarm Systems. It will take place in Guam for the next 18-20 months. Expected completion is November 2026 and then will begin to work on projects across the country with the team. (Must be open to any location)

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $118,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for fire alarm projects
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Coordinate, plan, schedule and track in detail the implementation of projects including their finances.
Subcontract, schedule and supervise the activities of subcontractors.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings (add to must have)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in fire alarm systems

All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.

WE VALUE:

BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
NICET Fire Alarm
Knowledge of fire alarm codes and standards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Certification for XLS140 and XLS3000 Fire Detection, Suppression and Mass Notification Control Systems.
Xtralis Vesda accreditation.
