Job Description:
Parsons are looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to join their team! This position based in Riyadh will be a dual role with focus on the Tree Procurement unit and Delivery Partner / Senior Project Manager for the Tree Holding Facility. The role will report into the Infrastructure Project Director.
The aim of this role is to manage and coordinate the multi-disciplinary workstreams that sit within City Development, being Mobility, Infrastructure, Smart City/Digital, Open Space, Planning, Environment, in the coordinate design of the services. It will entail engagement with stakeholders technical and non-technical, internal, and external.
Qiddiya City Development is responsible for developing the city framework plan and city services to serve the district lands.
What You'll be Doing;
- Develop consultant procurement strategy aligned to design packaging options and in coordination with City Vertical workstream.
- Running coordination meetings, preparing minutes and agendas
- Day to day management of development of City Right of Way and services.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Maintain design program, aligned to packaging options and implementation plan. Track progress against milestones, deadlines and budget
- Ensure that approval workflow requirements are established.
- Responsible for the project administration.
- Monitor and manage the project processes.
- To Report on these items to key stakeholders and to provide dependency information into delivery team.
- Maintain risk register
- Maintain change control
What Required Skills You'll Bring;
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field and typically 15+ years of related work experience
- A broad general technical and business background, as well as previous project management experience on similar or related projects.
- Knowledge of how all workstreams should work together
- Experience of successfully managing the multi-disciplinary workstreams to achieve unified outcome.
- Able to demonstrate strong project management skills including project management, change management and facilitation
- Experience of successfully engaging management and groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Programme Management
- Strong planning and organising skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
