Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior HR Shared Services Consultant (Saudi National) to join our team!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Focus on solutions related to the work, workforce, and workplace centered around leadership capability, talent selection, engagement and development, organizational effectiveness, wellbeing, and effective HR service delivery.

  • Position HR to continually sense external and internal trends, proactively adapt, respond to quickly shifting dynamics, elevate the human experience at work, and embed technology and enable productivity, and generate insights.

  • Using data to track the performance impact of workforce solutions on business outcomes and continuously improve and adapt services/offerings to meet the changing requirements of the business.

  • Act as a data-driven, strategic partner with the ability to make financially sound, evidence based, people focused decisions while managing risk and driving the program forward. 

  • Provide leadership and direction, continuously builds, and manages a high-performing team of experienced human capital professionals to deliver world-class HR partner support to a diverse array of delivery partner personnel throughout the program.

  • Responsible for the management and delivery of core People programs, including talent and performance management, learning, year-end compensation planning, and workforce planning across the program.

  • Act as strategic partner, change agent and business partner with senior management teams to assess the HR impacts and implications, based on program plans, on a short and long-term basis.

  • Acts as a primary point of contact with L4 and below managers for HR delivery solutions, program customizations and resolving complex people issues.

  • Coaches’ managers and employees on development, employee relations, labor law and total reward issues.

  • Participate and at times, lead in the roll-out of employee wellbeing initiatives and specific delivery activities for the program.

  • Shares local intelligence and provides an “on-the-ground perspective” on the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.

  • Serves as subject matter expert on the local labor market and regulatory environment.

  • Other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Human Resources – Operations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

  • A Master's degree in a pertinent discipline would be an asset.

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR qualification would be an advantage.

  • Have at least 15 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, ideally in an international company and with a similar major or giga program delivery partner set up.

  • Have at least 8 years of leadership experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven strategic mindset with the ability to evaluate big picture as well as dig into the details.

  • Possess strong HR consulting skills to influence leaders and employees in developing and maintaining a working relationship and deliver results and/or expertise in a professional manner.

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral presentation skills to provide evidence-based data solutions and succinct human capital messaging.

  • Results-oriented with the persistence and patience necessary to work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the program.

  • Self-motivated professional with good judgment and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Must be able to work well and remain flexible in an environment of constantly changing priorities and schedule driven deadlines.

  • Ability to handle multiple urgencies and lead team efforts and priorities as necessary.

  • Ability to handle cross delivery partner confidential and sensitive information on a frequent basis.

  • Demonstrated results in identifying and implementing best practices related to processes, systems, tools, controls, and metrics.

  • Commercial mindset, ideally with Human Capital and Total Rewards experience.

  • Demonstrable experience in leading, coaching and developing high performing teams.
