Salary Range: Hourly from $33.61to $48.66; Annually from $70,178 to $101,602
* Salary placement is dependent on education and experience

THE POSITION AND THE DEPARTMENT
The STEM Lab Supervisor position exists to provide daily operational oversight and management of the laboratory, including the supervision of laboratory staff. This position addresses imminent issues in the laboratory spaces, identifies opportunities for improvement in the delivery of lab services, and works closely with the Dean of STEM to ensure safe and efficient operations and a collegial work and learning environment for students, staff, faculty, and other partners.
This position will actively advance the college?s strategic goals, including to achieve equity in educational outcomes and to support a culturally responsive and service-oriented culture, through individual and departmental efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree
- Working knowledge of lab safety requirements
- Supervisory or relevant project management experience
Preferred Qualification:
- Master?s degree in one of the disciplines represented in the STEM division (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Geography, Geology, Mathematics, or Physics).
- Experience with college teaching and instruction
- Three (3) years of relevant lab experience
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience
