Our Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the General Counsel office. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle a variety of tasks, including scheduling, communication management, document preparation, and special project coordination. Serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
You Will be responsible for:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain Executive’s schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and expense management.
- Support Executive’s direct reports (three) with organizing meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and expense management
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations. Apply a creative touch to internal messaging.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Assist and provide coverage for other Executives and Assistants as needed.
Communication Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls, messages), responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Draft and distribute official communications on behalf of the Executive.
- Attend GC’s regular Senior Staff meetings and address any follow up actions.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing special projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather necessary information and support project initiatives.
Office Management:
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and services as needed.
- Coordinate and support company events, meetings, and conferences.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the Executive in meetings and events when necessary.

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
- At least 3 years of professional experience supporting a C-Level executive, with a minimum of 5 years of collective work experience. Preferred experience includes working in a large corporate environment
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships inside and outside the organization
- Ability to work independently, act proactively and manage priorities as they change
- Exhibit confidentiality, trust and diplomacy at all times
- Excellent computer skills including: Microsoft Office – strong emphasis on Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Excel and Concur
- Strong organizational skills, coordination experience and very strong verbal/written/telephone skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong service orientation and a passion for helping others
- Work environment – 5 days onsite

- We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations.
- This opportunity is an onsite role at our primary campus in Atlanta so, you must reside or willing to self-relocate to the metro Atlanta area.
