You will also help drive forms production, including design, and marketing operational efficiency through a consistent process that includes scheduling, facilitation, milestone tracking and status updates.What you will be doingRespond to incoming inquiries from business partners in a timely and professional mannerAbility to identify current and potential risks/issues to projects and work with business partners to offer alternative solutionsStay informed of updates and changes to processes and proceduresEscalate complex partner issues as necessaryGather and analyze project information, determine project scope and priority and traffic project through the compliance review processEnsure a timely, consistent review process and keep business partners informed of ongoing statusCoordinate work paths across branding, creative and compliance/legal partnersParticipate in weekly status meetings to review projects, calendars/milestones, update schedules and discuss new initiativesPrepare and communicate weekly status reports on project status, approval processes, time-line issues and any other concerns with teamServe as liaison between all partners in the forms/advertising review processProactively identify process constraints and opportunities for improvementEnsure data accuracy within the advertising review database throughout the processCreate and maintain design and layout of forms while ensuring they meet brand standards and functional requirementsWhat you bringAssociates or Bachelors degree in business, marketing and/or communications; comparable work experience may also be considered2 or more years of experience in marketing or operations support, traffic coordination and/or process improvementMS Office Suite proficiencyNice to have2 or more years of experience in project management and familiar with workflow softwareAdobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) experienceAdobe Acrobat Professional proficiencyExceptional interpersonal and communications skills; ability to provide superior customer service in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentStrong attention to detail; drive to consistently improve processes based on experienceFamiliar with Long-Term Care, Annuity and Life insurance lines and Long-Term Care servicesExperience working in a queue-based environmentAbility to problem solve independentlyTrack record of partnering and collaborationDemonstrated analytical and decision-making skillsAbility to quickly adapt to changing priorities of the businessResults driven with proven ability to set and meet aggressive goalsEmployee Benefits & Well-BeingGenworth employees make a difference in peoples lives every day.
