Field Service Technician - Military Veterans

Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician, who will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, upgrading, and installing security systems. As a technician, you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships with customers, providing professional service, and addressing security concerns, by offering solutions that enhance the safety and protection of their properties. Your work will ensure that installations and repairs are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

In this position, you will operate a company vehicle, work with safety protocols and personal protective equipment, and manage daily tasks such as inventory control and expense reporting. You will be part of a rotating on-call schedule, which will require flexibility and readiness to address urgent customer needs. Safety is paramount, and you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks at each job site, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow technical instructions and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience with security systems, OSHA certifications, and any alarm-related licenses are a plus. They are looking for individuals with a strong problem-solving mindset, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to continuing education.

Base salary, $85K - $100K, with overtime available. There is a 1 dollar pay bump after finishing OSHA 10 safety training.
