Integration Technician II - New Glenn - Military Veterans

This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration heavy-lift launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to Earth’s orbit and beyond. Engineered with a reusable first stage and a seven-meter payload fairing, New Glenn is building the road to space.







As part of a diverse and hardworking team of engineers and technicians, you will apply your hands-on expertise to build, integrate, and tackle avionics and electrical ground support equipment in support of the New Glenn program. You will work with minimal direction in close coordination with your customers, interpreting engineering and following work instructions to integrate, test, and deliver functional avionics’ hardware, ground support equipment, and automated test equipment to the program. You will share in the New Glenn Avionics team's impact on all aspects of avionics subsystem development and deployment to ground and flight test campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications:





  • 3+ years of hands-on experience optimally integrating and testing electronic circuit cards, box-level assemblies, and harnesses


  • Experience integrating, testing, and reworking electronics assemblies at the board/box level in accordance with industry standards and work instructions (IPC-7711B/7721B, or equivalent)


  • Experience building, testing, and reworking printed circuit boards and cable harness assemblies in accordance with industry standards and work instructions (IPC/WHMA-A-610, IPC-A-620 and J-STD-001, or equivalent)


  • Proficient with bench-level electronic lab test equipment for diagnosing and solving issues with digital and analog electronic circuits


  • Proficient at interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and written assembly procedures and work order steps


  • Proficient at conveying/tracking what work has been done as well as creating required documentation to show work is completed, able to communicate actions and progress.


  • Basic computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion


  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum








Preferred Qualifications:





  • Current certification in applicable industry standards (IPC or equivalent)


  • Experience using MCAD/ECAD tools for harness and test fixture development and assembly









Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $29.03-$40.65
