SALARY: $ 79,200 - $94,050, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY :

The Revenue Analyst supports regional revenue goals by providing data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Retail, and other Region sales teams. This role focuses on pricing and promotional analysis, revenue forecasting, and strategy execution to enhance profitability and optimize market share growth across the portfolio.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue Reporting and Analysis

  • Conduct routine and ad hoc revenue reporting, analyzing sales, share, and distribution data to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., IRI, Hero, Excel, PowerBI, RMIS, Numerator, BIR).
  • Perform ROI analysis on price actions and promotional events to guide field sales teams on high-impact strategies.
  • Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights, helping align pricing strategies with both Regional and National objectives.


Pricing and Promotion Management
  • Manage the day-to-day tasks related to pricing, including reviewing and submitting daily Price Change Requests (PCRs) and ensuring accuracy in new brand package pricing.
  • Work with Commercial and Retail teams to develop and execute annual pricing and promotional plans, aligning with broader strategic goals.
  • Conduct price action analysis to evaluate promotional ROI, making recommendations for optimizing volume, mix, and profitability.
  • Lead communication on coupon processes, portfolio optimization, and pricing strategy updates with the field team to ensure effective execution.


Strategy Development and Support
  • Contribute to the development and execution of long-term strategies that drive sustainable growth in volume and market share.
  • Work closely with Commercial Directors, Retail Sales Directors, and Region Directors to provide regular updates on revenue performance, identify root causes of any performance issues, and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Assist with portfolio and pricing reviews, helping identify optimal pricing, promotion structures, and SKU management for the region.


Cross-Functional Collaboration and Training
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders during business cycles, ensuring alignment of regional initiatives with input from relevant teams.
  • Develop and conduct trainings on revenue tools, market insights, and pricing processes to enhance field teams' understanding of revenue management.
  • Actively participate in routine meetings with regional leadership, providing ad hoc analysis and addressing requests to support revenue targets.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • B.S. / B.A. Degree in finance, business, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and organize data to support recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple work streams with many stakeholders.
  • Utilization of effective verbal and written communication skills to have influence across diverse subset of stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Power BI proficient.
