Account Executive - Military Veterans

Job Summary

RecruitMilitary helps employers connect with veterans and transitioning military talent.

This is an inside sales opportunity.

You will initially focus your efforts on growing the RecruitMilitary Career Fairs line of business. Eventually, you will sell 

the entire suite of products & services within the Bradley-Morris/RecruitMilitary portfolio (branding, job board access, 

contingency hiring, etc.)

Account Executives will primarily utilize phone prospecting and developed marketing techniques to create new 

relationships and close new business opportunities. AE's must be able to succeed in both transactional & consultative 

selling situations.

Required Knowledge & Skills  

Someone with a successful tour in recruiting duty OR sales/business development/business origination experience.

  • Able to quickly identify new prospects through cold calling and lead generation
  • Ability to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual activity and sales objectives
  • Can continually conduct follow up calls to aggressively close sales
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and the ability to work independently

Experience Required 

BA/BS preferred, or comparable work experience, and demonstrated experience managing simultaneous projects.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
  • Commission Rate: 7%
  • Annual Bonus Eligibility

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capability to work on a computer screen for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift and pack items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Experience & Education

  • A BA/BS degree is preferred, but comparable work experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
